Payment and Refund Policy

This website does not take payments online and never asks for card or bank details. Pay the UPTA office directly by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or demand draft, or in cash at the office, then email the payment reference (UTR, cheque or draft number) to official@uptaekwondo.com. Only pay to UPTA's own accounts as given by the office.

When the office records a payment, it issues a numbered receipt, entered in the association's accounts. District associations can view and print all their receipts in the portal under "Affiliation & Receipts". Renewing early does not shorten the current year: the new affiliation year starts when the current one ends.

• Within 7 days: an association can ask for a refund of an affiliation fee within 7 days of paying it, as long as it has not used the new affiliation in that time, for example by registering training centres or players, entering an event or printing its affiliation certificate.
• After 7 days, or once the affiliation has been used, the fee is not refundable.
• Duplicate or excess payments (the same fee paid twice, or more than the amount due) are refunded, or adjusted against the next fee if the association prefers, whenever they are found.
• Event entry fees follow the refund terms in that event's circular. If UPTA cancels an event it organises, entry fees paid to UPTA for it are refunded in full.

Email official@uptaekwondo.com from the association's official email address with the receipt number, the amount, the reason, and the bank account the refund should be paid to. The office replies to every request. An approved refund is paid to that account within 15 working days, and the original receipt is cancelled in the accounts.
